Notes for installation of hydraulic hose
1, the length of the hydraulic hose should be slightly longer than the actual length, to allow contraction or elongation, but not excessive relaxation, otherwise it will affect the appearance of the equipment.
2. When the hydraulic hose is bent, if the hose is not long enough, the appropriate hydraulic joint should be used to connect. It must not be excessively bent, otherwise it will cause the hose to break, or the fluid flow is restricted or blocked, etc.
3, hydraulic hose installation, must not appear distortion phenomenon, otherwise once used, the hose will be forced to straighten under working pressure, which will lead to loosening of the joint nut, resulting in oil leakage, or even rupture.
