In the selection of Hydraulic Hose, we often consider a very practical problem, that is, what is the quality of the hydraulic hose I choose, and how long it can be used. This problem is also related to the failure of hydraulic hose. In the current hydraulic system, the failure of hydraulic hose mainly has the following manifestations:

A. The outer layer is torn or damaged, and the reinforcing layer shows signs of friction or corrosion.

B. The hose breaks at the bend and usually remains elastic.

C. The inner glue layer was seriously damaged, blistered or stratified, or even fell off.

D. The outer layer of the hose is blistered, and the inner or outer rubber layer is blistered or softened.

E. Fine cracks appear in the inner adhesive layer, but it remains elastic. But there is no obvious crack in the joint. F. The hose becomes hard, brittle and cracked at ambient temperature. The outer glue layer shows signs of drying or zooming. G. At the temperature of use, the inner or outer adhesive layer cracks, but still remains soft and flexible.

H. The hose burst, reducing life. Usually, the burst occurs suddenly, and there is no wear mark on the steel wire and outer rubber layer.

J. The hose broke at the connection of the jacket.

Materials and construction

1. Hoses shall consist of an oil and water resistant synthetic rubber lining, one or two layers of high tensile steel wire and an oil and weather resistantrubber cover.

2. Hose assemblies shall only be manufacturerd with those hose fittings whose functionality has been vertified in all tests in accordance with European standard.
