High Pressure Hydraulic Hose mainly are divided into two parts：Wire Braided Hose(EN853 1SN Hydraulic Hose, EN853 2SN Hydraulic Hose) and Wire Spialed Hose(EN856 4SP Hydraulic Hose). For the EN 853 1SN, it is composed of an inner rubber layer, one steel wire braid reinforcement and weather and oil resistant outer layer. For the EN 853 2SN, it is composed of an inner rubber layer, two steel wire braid reinforcement and weather and oil resistant outer layer. For the EN856 4SP Hydraulic Hose, it is composed of an inner rubber layer, four high tensile steel wire spiral reinforcement and weather and oil resistant outer layer.

As to hydraulic hose, it is another standard all over the world. It has different reinforcement structures, such as different braid or spiral layers to increase the pressure of hydraulic hose. The types we are professional one are: EN856 4SP Hydraulic Hose, EN853 1Sn Hydraulic Hose and EN853 2SN Hydraulic Hose.

Materials and construction

1. Hoses shall consist of an oil and water resistant synthetic rubber lining, one or two layers of high tensile steel wire and an oil and weather resistantrubber cover.

2. Hose assemblies shall only be manufacturerd with those hose fittings whose functionality has been vertified in all tests in accordance with European standard.
